Membership of The League of Engineers (LoE) is available to all professional engineers, would-be-engineers, engineers in academics, technicians and institutions creating the same such as Engineering Colleges/Universities offering Engineering degrees/ Technical Institutes offering diplomas and NGOs offering technical training.

Existing members can book their AirPol / AirStation devices for remote/local Air Quality monitoring at great member-only discounts by sending an email to the coordinator@thescientificindian.com. The device will be dispatched to the registered mailing address of the member in the next dispatch cycle.

Each person applying for membership must be proposed by an existing member who is expected to have personal knowledge of the applicant and his/her interests in the object of The League of Engineers. Membership Fee
The Life membership fee is INR5000 for Indian citizens and OCI holders.
Student membership fee is INR2500 for Indian citizens and OCI holders. Student memberships are for 3 years and can be converted to full lifetime memberships.
Institutional lifetime membership fee is INR10000. Institutional membership comes with the ability to suggest 2 nominees - a primary and a secondary who shall receive their membership cards.
If you hold innovation and engineering close to your heart or work, consider becoming a Patron Member by making a Donation. Apart from other privileges, Patron members get to recommend one "bright young gun" for a free Student membership at anytime.

Pay the correct membership fee to the account as given above.
a) When you do a bank transfer:
Get the transaction details (txn code, date of transfer, from bank) properly noted. It is preferable to get the transaction slip (pdf) from the bank website to eliminate the possibility of any manual error.
Fill up all the fields in the online form including the transaction proof received from the bank AND proof of your ID, (a clear scan of your Aadhar / Voter Id / Passport / OCI card). These details are required for quick confirmation of your membership avoiding inordinate and avoidable delays.
Your application will be put up for approval after you submit the completed application. Your membership will be activated after the approval is complete. You will receive an email with your membership details.
